1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product enters production/shipping, whichever is earlier.

• To request a cancellation, contact our support team via phone or email with your order details.

• Once the product has been dispatched or custom manufacturing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Custom Furniture Orders

• Orders made according to customer-specific designs, dimensions, or finishes cannot be cancelled once production begins.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Minor color or texture variations (as furniture finishes may slightly vary).

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Customized or made-to-order furniture.

3. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the fault is from our side.

4. Replacement Policy

• In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability.

• Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
